I feel Navy has some good quality thinking process regarding sof although not par with western or Israeli or Russian but if we see through our standards then they are doing good
I am more interested on their institution I mean the divisions commands or structure

The navy SOF seems to have some structure to it and formalised procedures not the jugaad approach adopted by IA.

They also seem to have more of a interest in have specialisations (snipers, breachers, assaulters etc). It’ll be interesting to see how they evolve. Hopefully they get more opportunities to gain real world experience away from JK

Dude why is Gucci gang so impatient. Calm down sirs . New trends such as Private contracter training , Quarter Zips in respective environment colours ( Ranger tan , OG green , Desert MARPAT) , newer plate carriers , increase in no. Of Exfils , purchase of DBALs , waist retention and lock mechanism holsters need time to implement. These are just but recent developments.
Guys are like a impatient h*rny girlfriend, can't wait for the boy to take rest in order to recover for round 2 .

My assumption is that J&K OR Northern Command SOF will soon be standardizing over green , meanwhile 10 and 3 have already been using Desert patterns for quite some time

I’m not impatient, I don’t expect much and am still disappointed.

PARA SF are a write off, they’ll make iterative improvements maybe but remain 15-25 years behind their contemporaries. Recent moves will only further exacerbate the issue
