the real one does not look that bad and lets see how it performs in field

Why are you being optimistic , be like @abingdonboy , so when the reality hits , it won't feel as painful . Also TCL did do a decent job and if it becomes standard issue , it qont be that bad I guess

He is more on the max extreme side so even if something positive happens he will still consider that as negative

There is a certain feeling which tells me that the camo shades would be very location specific , somewhat like what has happened to multiple different shades of marpat being used in different theatres . E.g. Marine Corps Marpat vs CoBRA Marpat vs MarCos marpat . Even in this picture you can see the shades are different, some being brighter and the other being more darker and faded expression
