Honestly I think this is shoddy reporting and a little bit of guess work by the reporter, IMO these AK103s are for the regular Airmen and not the Garuds exclusively, of course it doesn’t mean that they too won’t keep a few pieces in their arsenal for COIN ops.
Lol quite a few of the pictures shown in that video are of PARA SF, so I’m not even sure the reporter can even tell the difference.
