Nope, his helmet got completely totaled. The impact was in fact, square on.

So, we are gonna just ignore the ultra thicc foam padding then??

On word - Adrenaline. But it's a moot point anyway because if he had been dawning anything other than a Patka, his game would have been over right then and there.

Well, M47 rounds are a fair bit slower compared to all other small arms rounds, so that might have been the reason.
Welp, i'm officially out of talking points, Jai Patka.

Afsod is equivalent to ussocom so para sf, marcoe, garuds come under it right?
How it can be a tier 1 unit as being stated by many people (they mean equivalent to jsoc)

It isn’t a tier 1, that’s nonsense fanboy rubbish. It’s a a scaled down command to evaluate and try out before they scale up to a full fledged SOCOM. No new units are being created as part of AFSOD

The best they can be compared is to the special operations command of russia
Nope. The SOC is a dedicated unit with permanent cadre. The AFSOD is a pilot project of an idea that hasn't even been completely formulated yet.

They are integrating 3 SOF sample units with a varying degrees of capability individually and expecting that a few joint training ex will magically make things work.

Non Permanent cadre is a massive problem but ruskies founded SOC in 2010s and now their SF has changed rapidly ,syria, crimea they shown their mettle.

Unless he meets with AFSOD chief this visit is utterly pointless
So heres the thing..

In these meeting contrary to popular opinion the US General cant tell the Indian General what to do on AFSOD.

And the Indian General with his high ego and less knowledge about Special ops wont ask for any favours.

The Indian syllabus is outdated and our officers have no exposure on modern era warfare.

Thatswhy things like uniform, shoes, equipment, armoured vehicles, snipers,DM,comtacs etc are the subjects if there was a wriiten exam they all would fail.

And no one can help us in this.
