By the way does anyone know the 400 binods have been delivered which were supposed to be bought last year along with those FN SCARs? Maybe else why will they go straightforward to Pano NVGs.

In my opinion anything that affects a soldier's OODA loop shouldn't be brought cheap, with that said the actual peltor comtacs are around ₹50k
