Our soldiers eat shakar bade for MRE and poori halwa for LRP so how will they get the protein?

Non veg used to be once a fucking week..now it has changed but i dont think it is daily.

You need protein to be healthy forget bulking up.

Every meal should have a good proportion of protein which is not the case.

High protein diets are everything.
