Normal com I get but Army Comms is not the most air tight and SG is not supposed to have a PO Box. So bit perplexed.Ya official communication goes that way too.

What sights are those? Not the make, but the types, why are there two of them? Are those Telescopic and Holographic in sequence ? (I'm guessing these from the few games I have played lol! Correct me if I am wrong.)
No. The holographic sight is paired with a night vision monocular. What sights are those? Not the make, but the types, why are there two of them? Are those Telescopic and Holographic in sequence ? (I'm guessing these from the few games I have played lol! Correct me if I am wrong.)
What a nice holster...

Even when they try they end up looking like amateurs, people will post this on international platforms on reddit and get mocked to death.night vision in the night, with a pair of UV blocking shooter's glasses![]()

I have a question to the Optics Specialists here . We all know that BEL holodot is a little raised compared to its Eotech or Mepro counterparts so does attaching a magnifier from a different brand hamper with setting and maintaining zeroNo. The holographic sight is paired with a night vision monocular.
The night vision monocular is a Mepro Mini Hunter NVG monocular with x2 magnification.No. The holographic sight is paired with a night vision monocular.
One more thing that i wanna add here is that, according to what i've observed... some posts in SFF and SG are appointment based and for others you have to clear the probation (based on para SF selection). That guy said, I wanted to join sg so I wrote to the unit, after which I was called in for probation, maybe things are not exactly the way you think they are.
I would guess, it does. Unless, the magnifier comes with a custom clamp mount to compensate for the height discrepancy, the zero would definitely be off.I have a question to the Optics Specialists here . There seems to be a pretty wide gap in equipment of MARCOS and Para SF or Garuds. How do you propose, AFSOD will function. Will it provide better equipment of will it try to integrate existing equipment from the parent units of the respective troops? Also one thing i was thinking about last night..
Lets have some logic.
It cannot be that SG is equivalently equipped like lets say the Seals and then we have 9 Para looking like jobless militia from late 90s.
Now understand why i say that..
Todays technology requires training and knowledge. Its not plug and play. There are sops and that requires knowledge.
Had there been any such thing such drills would be showing up somewhere.
What we see today are basically badly choosen equipment and drills surrounding it from what Para SF latest videos or pics we gather.
So,that gives a pretty clear picture that all units are equally equipped.
Had there been anything then such officers and jawans would have taken something back in their parent unit.
This is the condition of normal troops!!!There seems to be a pretty wide gap in equipment of MARCOS and Para SF or Garuds. How do you propose, AFSOD will function. Will it provide better equipment of will it try to integrate existing equipment from the parent units of the respective troops?
And i hope we dont go to war like this. This is the condition of normal troops!!!
Equipment, training, clothing everything is up for watch...
Yeah it's pretty damn appalling. Nothing much seems different in these photos than Kargil. 25 years on, modernization of the infantry still hasn't come about. It's happening in bits and pieces. But arming only RR battalions won't prove good enough in case of an all out conflict. This is the condition of normal troops!!!
