It could be a Malaysian STAR unit,
I believe they use similar camo

Tbh, looking at the users of UCP, MARCOS seems to be the most probable ones in the pic although it could be Malaysian STRU operators but the STRU operators never use green PCs or helmets. All their gear is black.

Any media files to confirm that. I've looked over a lot of content on the Malaysian STRU but haven't seen them using green accessories.
