Galil scope is slight tiled towards the left, It offers 2 major benefits ..

1. One can use the iron sight without any issues at close ranges.
2. While aiming his rifle the solider present himself as a smaller target compare to one using scope mounted on top of the receiver ..

First One is the Galatz, sniper version of the Galil Rifle. Para SF have it as their standard sniper weapon. Garuds have recently been seen with suppressed variants of the same weapon.

second one is the Vidhwansak AMR.

@Ray you are sharing Doctrine, Training and Employment of the US Army. What about IA. Very little about it. AFAIK Indian Army has more "Designated Marksmen" than Snipers. Putting on a Ghillie Suit doesnt make a Sniper.

Ghillie Suit is sniper issue gear, It is used by marksman as well in rare cases ..

Their were always sniper team in Infantry besides in SF ..

Mainly to pick off Enemy Sniper or MG post or Enemy Santri at longer ranges they also provide fire support when needed from longer ranges, Also their targets are usually the leaders / Leading Officer JCO etc, Once the leader is dead their is always confusion in troops which slow their reaction time..

In a Squad the role of a Marksman not Sniper is to provide fire at longer ranges..
How many Marksmen are there typically in a squad? Regiment? Battalion?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Denel_NTW-20

Denel Land Systems was contracted to supply weapon systems for the Indian Armed Forces, including anti-materiel rifles and self-propelled howitzers. However, following allegations that it had paid kickbacks to secure a deal for anti-materiel rifles, Denel was black-listed by the government. Subsequently, the Ordnance Factory Tiruchirappalli (OFT), in association with the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), began developing an indigenous antimaterial rifle called Vidhwansak, which borrowed heavily from the Denel NTW-20. The development of Vidhwansak was completed in November 2005

Nope. It's Vidhwansak AMR.....

1. JVPC has passed all user trails and wating for orders.

2. 7.62x51mm sniper rifle is under user trails via paramilitary and Army.

3. MCIWS is going through numerous changes as per user trails feedback, It will be again put to trails.

I cannot say much about Anamika as i haven't meet with concern OFB`s gentlemen for update.
Is there any pic/ info available on the DRDO/OFB 7.62x51mm Sniper Rifle ??

I took a complete review of it and photos in detail, But i am afraid the design is not ready and will surely attract unnecessary bad remarks from beginning.
