please forget about police modernization in india. i recently listen that U.P. CM mayawati asked 480 crore for police modernization from central govt and the same year she spend more than 500crore for building parks.....so please forget that our leaders can ever thing about that...

This may seem feel good thing that guy helped the policeman but it shows how our policing system is really we bash police day and night but the pathetic working environment they have and have to survive on absymal salary is what we should also factor in, see how there could have been a shaded booth then he would not have faced this issue sometime back we also saw a RPF guy coming under a train in station these type of accidents should not happen to keep the moral intact but nevertheless we are here. Atleast this guy got help on time as we have already ample news of people dying due to dehydration.

We really need reforms in our policing system like yesterday, atleast they should get a better working environment that could be done without bringing a law or affecting the politicians.
