In an interview ig former NSG IG said they have a team in delhi, also last year there was a bomb scare in some park and the small blast near Israeli embassy, NSG were there in quick time

SAG alone would never been sufficient in a Tier-1 city like Delhi. You would need a structured security layer, consist of multiple agencies!! In that case NSG was also present in Mumbai in 26/11, why did they perform so bad??
