Plus Assam Rifles is a paramilitary unit, not a state police unit, like mentioned in the tweet, where these commando units come under state police force

Assam Rifles don't carry out Ops in Assam.
CI ops are primarily handled by Assam Police Ranger Corps & Black Panther cdos, as per info on open sources.
Another cdo unit present in Assam is Smart Protection Unit, tasked with Urban Ops.

From what I read, a report in 2016 said that H&K will not be dealing with non-NATO countries and categorized us along with Saudi, Turkey and Pakistan. MP5 is an H&K product. So is the H&K 416 assault rifle.
