No I actually meant does TN has regular District Armed Police and Regular State Armed Police.
Since commando force are raised from the Regular Armed Police.

Problem will state armed police is not the lack of guns. They can have newer AKs, INSAS, or SLRs etc from central MPF funds.
The main problem is lack of sufficient ammunition. Even the available ammunition from OFB is substandard. Also, lack of proper shooting ranges
Hence the armed police get very little shooting practice with the guns they have.
