Given that France will most definitely helping India with SSN project due to the cancellation of the Australian deal and assuming BJP gets a third term, I would say 2025-2026 ish.

I think SBC can build 2 nuclear subs simultaneously.
Sandeep Unnithan had reported a while back that SBC is being upgraded to build 4 nuke boats simultaneously
