if harrier has done some take off from Vikram.
I don't think I have seen any evidence of it.

A possible explanation is that the Viky was never meant to have Harriers embarked so the deck hasn't been treated for the extremely hot exhaust gases from the Harrier.

The U.S. Navy, Indian Navy and Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) held explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) training in Sasebo, Japan as part of Exercise Malabar 2016. The annual trilateral maritime exercise is designed to enhance dynamic cooperation between Indian Navy, JMSDF and U.S. Navy forces in the Indo-Asia-Pacific.
