DRDO said Arudhra Radar can be used as Shipborne Radar. Now that RAN-40L Radar is nowhere to be seen. Is it possible to used our desi radar onboard INS Vikrant? The range of both is same i.e. 400km with 30km altitude surveillance. But one major advantage is Arudhra is a 4D Radar while RAN-40L is a 3D Radar. Will our Navy go for naval version of Arudhra?

Isn't CSL already making the 50 m Aadesh class ships for ICGS? There is no reason they cannot make a 70 m long ASW corvette. It will probably not carry any missiles (except SAM's) .

Look at point 2, clearly written that Arudhra can be used as shipborne radar
There was this NMDR radar shown in BEL's site, there is a good chance that it might be based on technologies developed for Arudhra.

It might even be the naval variant of Ashwini.

Is't CSL is most trade-union ridden shipyard in India ? Just hope these commi scum don't derail our plan with their stupid demands
Hardly. There have hardly been any strikes & it still is the public sector shipyard with a large number of exports.
