The K Raheja Corp and Modern India in pact to develop premium project in South Mumbai.

Raheja Corp Homes has entered into an agreement with Modern India to develop a one million sq ft premium housing project spread over three acre of prime land parcel in Mahalaxmi locality in South Mumbai. The residential vertical of K Raheja Corp Group will be responsible for the design, approvals, development and sales activity pertaining to the project.
The project will spread across two super-structure towers, offering three and four-bedroom apartments of up to 8,500 sq ft carpet area per family. The towers will be west-facing overlooking the Mahalaxmi racecourse and golf course in the vicinity while also offering views of the Arabian Sea. The development will commence via sale of the plot which is currently owned by Modern India. As the design and mandatory approvals are already in place, the project is expected to be completed by 2028.
