Auric will uplift Ahmednagar and Aurangabad .Per capita GDP of Maharashtra is not 3.77 lakh. It was 2.13 lakh during 2019-20 according to RBI data. Posted that comment in the original post.

Saudi, which gets 100% money from oil, talking about carbon neutrality in itself is a huge facepalmOne aspect being ignored is the fuel, energy spent to build the Line. Even if it is zero carbon from day one, it would have exhaled billions of tones CO2 during the construction. Rather than building such energy intensive project they should try more sustainable project development. Simply forest the area with trees, make the desert land liveable and build a more eco-friendly city, which uses less glass, cement, steel.
Will take another 30 years for sure. And as of now a significant number of people in Railway do not even want further DFCs. So if at all......Dedicated freight corridor still not complete. There are still more DFC corridors in planning stage and more regions to be connected in the years to come. Still until November 2022 this year Indian railways has done 1 Lakh crore in revenue with 1 month remaining in the year. Imagine when DFC is connected to every region how much revenue IR will be minting in the coming years. This is a game changer for Indian economy.
Indian Railways Freight Earnings Register 16 Per Cent Increase
The railways has earned Rs 105,905 crore from freight loading till November 2022, an increase by 16 per cent compared to the same period of last year.swarajyamag.com
Almost all the high rise buildings you post are of the residential type. All the new office spaces and commercial buildings in India adopt the horizontal "campus" approach, rather than high rise. Why is there this difference between the two types?Ya'll Nibbiars
DFC work started only in 2015 and the work was completed at a record speed. Why would it take 30 years to expand DFC? Apart from financing which could easily be secured since present DFC routes are paying huge dividends to the economy. I don't see any reason why it can't expand rapidly by 2030 if our economy keeps expanding at a modest pace. I foresee even North East being connected with DFC once major routes are covered. Will take another 30 years for sure. And as of now a significant number of people in Railway do not even want further DFCs. So if at all......

Not only about your posts. It's an overall pattern I've observed in India where most of the high rises are residential, whereas office spaces adopt a more horizontal approach, and many are walled inside a campus.Ya'll Nibbiars on the Twitter I post only Commercial expect today's one.
Cost .. The floorspace area from these blocky buildings is pretty low compared to highrises .Campuses are usually in the outskirts of a city making land cheaper. Residential on the other hand is more location dependent and if the location is packed a highrise makes sense.Almost all the high rise buildings you post are of the residential type. If you read up in US freeways construction, they were also multi-decade project as well, we need to be persistent, there will be delays and cost overruns (being democracy), but we need to keep building. Will take another 30 years for sure.
