when we talk about something that happened in 2009, since this is an online exam the first question we have to ask is whether the students got uninterrupted electricity in exam room and internet connection for the full duration of exam.

Approximately 1.75 lakh students from government schools in Chandigarh, along with 600 Navodaya Vidyalayas and 3,000 Kendra Vidyalayas will take the three-hour long PISA test in 2021. " Anyone can find the results?

Banaras and Ujjain are more ancient than Patliputra or Bodhgaya. Either one is a better alternative for an ancient capital of Bharat varsh
Pataliputra based empires were most powerful both financially and militarily they also promoted education research and development that’s why i said Pataliputra

Not related but he makes a good point.

A new capital will spur huge infrastructure development along with employment and finally give us the opportunity to create a clean green City based on dharmic architecture.

It will also help us showcase our real roots to the world.

Our current capital is nothing but a junkyard filled with smog and pollutants filled with retarded people.
Shifting the capital from Delhi to Pataliputra , Bodhgaya or Nalanda will also fix the image of india
people outside india often hyphenate india with Pakistan because the capital city of india is Delhi (which is close to Pakistan) india is very different from Pakistan but Delhi being the capital creates this illusion that india and Pakistan are similar

China does it the rich families from Shangai hire tutors specifically for this test and the students are drilled with questions for hours to prepare for this test
Who tell you that?
These tests have nothing related to students' personal career future. No family is interested in preparing their kids for this kind of tests, it is simply waste of time and money.

I think rural india struggles with a lack of teachers mainly if you look at our syllabus when compared to other countries you can say that Indian kids are taught more difficult stuff earlier mainly in maths we desperately need more teachers and less students ie less students in a class so that the teachers can manage them well instead of having a lot of children in one class
Introducing more difficult stuffs early on is not necessarily a good thing.Rather it's counterproductive as it adds to the higher dropout rates.
What we need is an education system that focuses on skills, creativity and practical application, rather than rote memorization.

Good article. We need much higher focus on traditional consumer goods, shoes, textiles etc. These will be the sectors to ease alot of our miserable poverty and agriculture obsession
