Ya'll Nibbiars this building are mixed used building so not a Totally IT Building as some handles are missing reporting if I remeber clear less than 75 percent of usable space is used for IT and rest for other purpoese. And if any building main sue space is less than 85 percent of the total usable space then its a mixed use building. This mega intro always makes mistakes I have many times busted his mistakes in the pasts. And Cleary not the tallest IT Building or tallest mixed use building.
