Ya'll Nibbiars Online platform dedicated toward only luxury good and services. See the Tata Cliq is now a completely premium online platform that is going to over take snap deal in revenues this year. And is now valued at 400 million dollars.

Ya'll Nibbiars most products there are from premium brands its not about just price range but also about branding, quality and other things. Products from regular Tata subsidries are there. But now you will see more premium products in the category. They are on a streak to bring premium brands around the world in India. There are brands which are not avaible through offline channels in India but are available on on their site. This formula is working for now.
I used to own a Jansport backpack many years ago. It was lying unused and rats made good use of it.

Wanted to buy it again and found it on TataCliq few years back. It was retailing at a little over INR 12k. Had bought it for around 3k so gave up!

Most of the Jansport available online in India are fake particularly on Amazon and Flipkart. Jansport is not available on TataCliq anymore.

Anyway, premium backpack market is so crowded in India now, doubt Jansport enjoys much following given its pricing.

Don’t give an Eff about “Global Hunger Index”,

India ranked 102nd on the Global Hunger Index, an index of 117 Countries

Well, who prepared the Report?

A German NGO called WeltHungerHilfe

OK, who r the members of this NGO

Left Parties, Left TradeUnions, CatholicChurch,Evangelical Church...

Now check how coupta gave a air of legitimacy to the report and the organisation Behind it..

Bhai I already commented before. Don't trust reports made by third party NGOs and self declared economic forums. Global Hunger Index is heavily questioned globally; do you seriously believe that pakis are better off than us? I have no idea why Indian media houses hype up reports made by every Tom, Dick and Harry.

If our people, especially the worker class keep breeding like rabbits how will we ever satisfy their essential needs?

This is a population problem; most countries are pressing the panic button when they reach 50+ million. Here, we have 20 million people added every year. This doesn't even consider the millions of urban poor living off in shanty towns, tents on footpaths of metro cities, unorganized slums, etc.

Government needs to get some sort of vasectomy/tubectomy incentive program for these people after 2 children. Basically make it financially rewarding to have less kids for folks like; rickshaw drivers, cleaners, street vendors, pullers, manual labourers, scavengers, homeless, etc.

The TFR figures floated in official sources is absolute crap. Do you really think that India's TFR has fallen? It may have fallen among the top 5% population class where people want more prosperous life with less stress of kids. The next 20% have 2-3 kids, which is still OK, but the next 75% have armies at home.

Without a carrot-and-stick approach, we are looking at a disaster in 10 years.

TFR is rapidly falling in many emerging economies all across the globe; in many cases even faster than us. Can't be possible that a nation of 1.3 billion+ is the only exception :)
