There should be a similar Delhi-Kolkata Expressway as well Passing via Agra , Lucknow , Varanasi , Patna , Gaya and Dhanbad
Varanasi-Ranchi-Kolkata and Patna-Kolkata access controlled expressways are planned under Bharatmala. They will connect Kolkata with those UP expressways; ultimately resulting in a series of access controlled expressways that will directly link Kolkata with Delhi. Also, Gopalpur-Digha coastal highway, Kolkata-Kharagpur expressway and 8-laning of Barbil-Paradip highway are also planned. Land acquisition for Raxaul-Haldia Port expressway and Kharagpur-Siliguri expressway have already started. This giant network is supposed to connect the entire eastern region with Delhi through a series of access controlled expressways.

Evergrande, the largest real estate borrower in the world with overall liabilities exceeding $300 billion (22.5 lakh crore), is on the brink of a default. On September 16, the real estate behemoth suspended trading on its onshore bond after a domestic ratings cut. As a result, China’s junk bond or high yield debt market is now offering a record 14.4% yield.

Are These Expressways Well Connected with Each Other ? Because Delhi-Mumbai Expressway is not a series of expressways it’s one 8 lane expressway which will reduce the travel time by 12 hours which is huge

It is already a part of the golden quadrilateral and the road is pretty good as per the traffic load. The bad patches you see is mostly in Bihar near Gopalganj, near Patna- due to local government's inaction. Cases pending, acquisition stayed - one of the major reasons why no one bets big on infra projects in Bihar and Bengal. Enter UP and you'll have hardly any hiccups till Delhi.

Delhi-Mumbai lane has more than 50% of the total freight movement of India and the existing infra(from the same golden quadrilateral) has already maxed out, hence a greenfield project.

Yes, there will be intersections. For instance, Kolkata-Patna will intersect SIliguri-Kharagpur.

Regarding the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), the minister said that the organisation is on a strong footing. He noted its toll income would rise to Rs 1.40 lakh crore per year from the current toll income of Rs 40,000 crore, reports Hindustan Times.

Citibank and bear cartel... Citibank was doing their own scam bigger than what Harshad was doing but Harshad was at wrong place at wrong time so everyone just waited for Harshad to make mistake and then pounced on him..also he was not innocent but to be honest nobody is innocent in the game...Plus he was Jain and there was rivalry going on between Marwari (bear) and Jain(bull) at dat time..PS. Harshad Mehta's bachha ketan Parekh is also jain..and remember Citibank saved their man at the end of this scam so there is lesson here about how murican capitalism works..And sucheta dalal may call herself as a journalist But deep inside she knows dat she is just a puppet

It’s not just about Bihar and Bengal i connects india with South East Asian Countries and Kolkata is the 3rd most wealthiest city in India next only to Mumbai and Delhi

The Patna-Kolkata Stretch should be 8 lane Expandable to 14 lane otherwise it will saturate i read somewhere that total cost of Raxaul-Haldia Expressway is ₹50,000 crore so the Question is whether Raxaul-Haldia and Patna-Kolkata are two parallel expressways or same expressway?
if these are Two Parallel Expressways then 6 + 6 = 12 lane would work for now but if it’s single expressway then it must be 8 lane expressway expandable to 14 lane

There were so many Community based cartels at that time in Mumbai and Gujrat.
There were Parsis, Gujjus (split b/w Jains and Non-Jain Baniyas). There were Mumbaikars Cartels again split among different community based cartels.
There were Marwaris from different places together as a Cartels.
Every one was behind each other's throat to grab the market for themselves.

Similar to what was the condition of NY and US Financial and Criminal underworld towards end of 19th century
First came the Jews then Irish then Italians then blacks then Latinos. Italians are still the boss there. Constant struggle and tussle between them to keep power among themselves.
