Ya'll Nibbiars MG Motor India revealed that the company sold 2,565 units last month. A decline of more than 50 percent compared to other OEM. MG plant in Gujarat is also struggling to keep the factory running. And seen a adverse effect on it's performance. It's performance is worst compared to other OEM's.

People has realized that Chinese maal can not be very reliable.

Can it print guns or firearm components? Just asking :megusta:
No. Can't build parts of gun that experience gas pressure, especially the barrel. The barrel will not be able to withstand the repeated pressure. Mostly due to the fact that SLM based 3D printing produces inferior microstructure that can't withstand fatigue of repeated gun firing. By inferior microstructure I mean more voids and inclusions, less bonding at intergranular boundaries, larger grain size, non-preferential or absent grain alignment, etc. Even by optimizing various process parameters like laser scan speed and energy density, achieving microstructures as good as conventional forgings would be impossible. If you don't optimize process parameters, then even the strength of the material in the barrel will see a drastic fall compared to conventional processes.

Moreover, surface roughness would be orders of magnitude higher than required, you would need further processing. Even in case of conventional barrel manufacturing by radial forging, you need subsequent finishing processes such as honing and polishing.

I have worked for Asia Pacific clients for more than 6 years in past decade.
No there is no issue of Language problems with us with them or vice versa.

We have IT presence in all South-East Asian countries though not directly but via the Western or Japanese/Korean companies working there.
You already explained yourselves: you are working with the Western/Japanese/Korean companies. One of the pre-condition of the senior/middle level staffs of these companies is that they can speak good english. Certainly you won't have problem on language.

There are hardly and stand alone indigenous big brands in Asean countries.
Of course there are big indigenous brands in every Asian country. They may not be as big as those world class names, but they are the majority of every country's economy.

That tells you how much Indian IT companies know about the local market.

If Indian IT companies only want to work with MNCs, how can you expect to export to Asian countries?

Unlike the west where manufacturing and programing are outsourced to cut down costs, Asian states have built up these industries at home to produce same low cost goods. So India will have harder time beating them in cost in their countries where governments back them.
every country including western countries, has the policy favoring local companies. The problem is Indian companies' low cost advantage is not big enough to offset the local government policy in Asian countries.

Language and "cultural" barriers aren't that tall wall would have been trained if it was realistic to capture east Asian markets.
Well, that is the problem: as long as the "language" and "cultural" barriers exist, it will be never realistic to capture east Asian markets.

After all, you can't expect your potential clients to solve these problems for you.

East Asian markets are tiny compared to the US and EuroZone for India's IT services which are growing at double digit rates, despite the virus.

The challenge in India is the focus on high value added manufacturing and not being able to compete at the low to mid-end manufacturing, where volumes, efficiency, and cheaper labor costs are a must.

If we want to compete with ASEAN countries especially Vietnam we need to capture markets like furniture, toys, apparel, kitchenware, home electronics etc in it majority. This requires extremely high labor productivity and low infrastructure costs per item produced.

As of now around 1.47% of the population is fully vaccinated it will take a lot of time to completely vaccinate everyone.
J&Jsingle dose vaccine manufacturing should start asap. Zydus Cadilla is asking for approval of its vaccine so another indigenous vaccine ready. Sputnik-V production going on and Novavax production soon.
