yes mate, but all this happens only when businesses are interested in using the new means of transportation. It’s not just about cost effectiveness and job creation or traffic jams but also about loss of human lives in road accidents and pollution both air pollution as well as noise pollution and also about saving the FOREX reserves which we use for importing crude oil
Waterways and Coastline are like magnets to industries and with industries comes cities with dense population that’s why cities alongside coastline or waterways are most densely populatedyes mate, but all this happens only when businesses are interested in using the new means of transportation.
people are status quoists, their willingness to adopt to change matters a lot.
What you are saying is a sales pitch, I am asking what are the potential customer saying at the moment.Waterways and Coastline are like magnets to industries and with industries comes cities with dense population that’s why cities alongside coastline or waterways are most densely populated
Hubei in China is the best example it has GDP of 5 trillion Yuan (763 billion dollars) and is located on the bank river Yangtze which is equivalent of our Ganga or Brahmaputra River
biggest problem is majority in India keep their vehicle's headlight at High beam.Ya'll Nibbiars two days ago was coming to village a motorcycle wala was using not only the headlight full but was also using the led lights installed can't even see what was coming ahead. Then some how manages to see a truck was coming at high speed from behind. Just barely got away from a major accident's. And even today a rickshaws wala was driving any how without giving indicatior's and stopping in middle any how just like a idiot's.
Here you goDo we guys have any market investment suggestion thread?
This model helps export oriented industries. Both Europeans and Chinese have huge export industries. Thats why it makes sense to develop industry near ports. While ours is a consumption led economy. India shld definitely develop industrial clusters near coastal cities with industries catering to export clients.Waterways and Coastline are like magnets to industries and with industries comes cities with dense population that’s why cities alongside coastline or waterways are most densely populated

Not just coastline but also along rivers , river Ganga and Brahmaputra for example these rivers are linked with Kolkata and Haldia port under NW1 and NW2 project these waterways also pass through BangladeshThis model helps export oriented industries. This is a mis-presentation of the logic. Here we are talking about the portion of national income or treasure allocated to different group of people, not who should be that 1%.Lets say we take all money from 1% and distribute to 73% then those people will go out and buy stuff from various companies. Company owners will make lots of profit while those 73% give away their money, those profit makers will become new 1%
Again, this is another incorrect claim. This is not about how to give money but how you split this created wealth between different groups. It is just like a profitable company, employees want the company to use the profit to increase their salaries, management team wants a bigger bonus while shareholders want more dividend. We have to understand here what is wealth. It is a state of resourcefulness. Wealth is not given but created. Money is product of wealth it can be given but only for a temporary period after that it is spent.
No, the idea of wealth inequality existed long before communism. In ancient time, countries had started to deal with it in different ways: tax, expansion, etc. Communism is just one of political ideas trying to fix it from social structure forever.Since ancient times there have always been those who are more successful than others hance wealthy. This modern Idea of wealth inequality comes from communism. However even in Communist states there was a wide wealth disparity among ruling elites and comman workers.
This total wrong analysis of the wealth inequality. The damage of wealth inequality is more on national and social level instead of individual:There is no econmic model that ever existed or will exist where all people have equal wealth this is not possible. However living standards can be improved. To do that we need money which comes from economic wealth, that wealthy people create. So more wealthy people hance more money hance more job creation, more social programs hance higher living standards.
As a group of people with similar income and background, we also have social feelings towards other groups of people. We maybe ok with the fact that rich people is earning thousands times more than us. But we will not be ok if our kids will be as poor as us just because they have to study in public school. We humans have biological feelings towards others humans who are doing better than us or worse than us. Its calld jealousy and pity. Thats what leftist politicians invoke. "Hey look a rich guy is driving AC BMW, where a poor labourer is on a bicycle." Such statements do invoke our feelings. We do feel tempted to correct the wrong, punish BMW guy, tax him to oblivion and then you realise that labourer doesn't even have a bicycle anymore because his employer is now bankrupt.
