Depend upon government and situation. It's not very tough to do but repercussions should be in mind.

But what you should be concerned about is are they serious about whatever x trillion dollars economy goal they have( even if internally a more realistic figure is being targeted ).
If they are serious you will see reforms and new schemes to boost business activities, like PLI, it may or may not result in $5 or $10 trillion by the given deadline, but such schemes and any reforms will have beneficial effects on economy and employment

Also Environment is in danger gang do drama if there is any development project. Few of my friends from Mumbai were saying there was a Metro Project going on so the authorities had to cut trees but then Environment gang of Bollywoodia came and did drama. While they were silent when same trees from same place are cut to make furniture for those same muh environment loving people. Many so called Hypocrite Environment activists like these also are road blocks in path of development of Mumbai. Even in small town they do drama. For example last year Municipality was making new drains and then this one Environment gang came and protested that by creating new drains fish die in the river result for the first time in history of my town we had flood in some part of my town lmao because project was stopped.

That metro project got shifted to mangrove area which will lead to destruction of greenery on much larger scale.
The costal road project of Mumbai was also stuck due these drama but got finally cleared by center govt intervention and work started two months back.

Odias have similar mentality as South India people. Give them freebies they will forget development lol. Navin Patnaik has copied every socialist freebie program of Amma.
He copied every freebies Jaylalitha ever gave to Tamil people lol.

It's not just the south, it is like this everywhere, even globally, people are narrow self interest oriented and will only be concerned with what they get from the politician over some hawa-hawa infrastructure project that they see as of no use to them.
Infrastructure development, attracting business etc are all long term goals, needing a long term vision it needs a leader in power and not a politician.
A leader will use freebies as a means to an end, a politician will use freebies as a crutch.

There are two types of ecof*gs, one are the foot soldiers like those retarded college students doing protest, bollywoodiyas coming and doing drama for good optics, and the other are the "puppeteers" like these NGT babus, (((NGOs))), Communist affiliate orgs, protestant church groups, regional political parties and all that start envirodrama when any infrastructure project is about to take place.
Sometimes the goals may be to extract bribes, in other cases the goals may be to stall said projects.

Then 24 buildings height was chopped and 3 buildings are on hold one building postponed one building cancelled. And Dubai has 34 supertall buildings we would have gone to 30 buildings taking 2 position and then would have suppressed its.

I don't why there is a problem with Airports in Mumbai only. Why other global cities managed to have 400plus meter building with even 2 airports in the same city.
Even Noida has managed to get 300 plus meter building and one 274 meter building but Mumbai is cutting down every tall building to below 300.

By end of 2025 Mumbai will be filled with 250plus meter buildings everywhere.
The Dharavi slum redevelopment has finally managed to get a start and work is in progress.

But these Ambanis should have done a better job with Antillia. Still looks fu**ed up design. A sore in other wise beautiful skyline of Mumbai.

There is the reclamation which was planned by Fadnavis but on hold by the penguin.

People are against this project only because their current homes and offices are on seashore. This reclamation project will move them further behind the shoreline and they will not be able to extract the premium from rents and sales.

Modi did tried to bring back money in early days of NDA rule but Swiss govt did not cooperate they declined. Look at how UK is behaving with Vijay Maliya case. Ye black money ka wapas ana Swiss govt k haath mein hai. Switzerland ki economy ispe depend karti hai to ye hone se raha.

he managed to get back only 10-15 K crore back. That also majorly due to the scheme where people can declare their offset money by paying double the taxes.
No real progress in getting major chunk on money mostly due to non-cooperation from these foreign banks which will loose their face among other global payers.
A lot of people moved their money from swiss banks to other unkown banks in much small coastal countries.

I wish there was yogi like politician in odisha as well. NDA has no leader in Odisha. BJD win because there is no competent leader in opposition. Most of the state BJP leaders are non-RSS so they have communication issue with odisha RSS. We either need a Tejasvi Surya of Odisha or Yogi of Odisha. Many irrigation projects in odisha are stuck for decades thus farmers are forced to go to surat for work. Many cold storages aren't in working condition at all. Nothing is being done build new cold storages.

yes, I am registered there also and an avid reader. I mostly follow the Metro related threads there. I have been following the UP expressway projects but most of them are going at good speed and I don't see much issues reported in these projects.

Supert tech is not mentality ready as is demanding higher percentage in the JV so will take time and I doubt that it will reach 300 meters. Mumbai despite the height cuts has already completed and topped out 60 building in the 200 to 300 meters. Mumbai has 200 skyscrapers completed or topped out. Noida has 8. Kolkata has like 5.

Man the main tower has crossed 65 floors already. Two towers next to it already topped out at 180mtr each.
The main tower will reach 300 mtr if they can manage funds.

That where the problem lies the promoters of the supertech are literally giving up any proposal for the JV. Even rejected a good offer from many builders. It will take another few years when the JV is signed. The roof of the SuperNova is like 270 meters the remaining is the crown structure. It's now at 220 meter and if they decide to cut the crown of the building in order to save cost it will be a disaster.

Ya'll Nibbiars the india tower proposal is being revisited. A 600 plus tower will come in its Place
DB Really along with Panchsil and another builder has come with a proposal with 600 meters plus building. With a FSI of 15. And if this goes ahead then we will have the first Mega tall building.
