It's the best time to invest in the stock exchange. I have personally invested $5000 in last month in tata steel and JSW. After this wave ends, Indian economy will explode in sheer numbers

@here2where dude checkout bimaru states ,
The fact that KL and GJ are at the top of the indices, despite polar opposite political ideologies shows that an efficient state administration makes all the difference, not political ideologies that only help pull in votes.

“In 2018, access to bare necessities was the highest in states such as Kerala, Punjab, Haryana, and Gujarat, and lowest in Odisha, Jharkhand, West Bengal and Tripura.”

“J&K, Punjab, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Chhattisgarh, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Goa, Meghalaya, and Arunachal Pradesh showed improvement in access to bare necessities in rural areas between 2012 and 2018.”

“In 2018, the lowest access in rural India was seen in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Odisha, Assam, Manipur, and Tripura.”

Kerala has a better excess to port , a good industrial background and need of nation to invest there , whereas gujarat attracted after lot of hard work , socialist ideology is harmful see , bengal, but a welfare ideology of uttar pradesh brought it above from that most bimaru status .

I was pointing out that too much regionalism and communist harms like in odisha , bengal , chattisgarh , jharkhand .

I don't consider pinaryani as a communist ,he is more of a opportunistic , his interest are served in Communism , kick him in balls he will be in line coughs ** ambani port deal **cough

There is no true communism anywhere today except probably in NKorea, of which i dont know much except a smiling leader and smiling citizens. Only varying degrees of pseudo-capitalism-mixed-communism opium work.

Don't know mate, this is what I found in investopedia:-
  • Real gross domestic product (Real GDP) is an inflation-adjusted measure that reflects the value of all goods and services produced by an economy in a given year (expressed in base-year prices) and is often referred to as "constant-price," "inflation-corrected", or "constant dollar" GDP.
  • Real GDP makes comparing GDP from year to year and from different years more meaningful because it shows comparisons for both the quantity and value of goods and services.
  • Real GDP is calculated by dividing nominal GDP over a GDP deflator.

Hmmm...not sure. Why do you have to calculate real gdp from nominal? Real gdp is already available as we know the market prices of all goods sold. These prices obviously include inflation. Real gdp should be very easy to calculate - just multiply number of cars sold by price of that car type? That’s it. Done. Why do we need to first calculate the more difficult nominal gdp that requires inflation to be removed from price, which is very difficult thing to do? figuring out inflation at an individual item level is pretty tough - for example this car may be sold for the first time and would have no history of prices to calculate inflation. I don’t think this wiki entry is correct but I am not an economist- so cannot say for sure. But to me it appears real gdp is named “real” for a reason. It is the actual gdp as of the current year’s prices. So it is accurate.

Kerela has a natural advantage over Gujarat.

>Better Access to port.
>Deeper ports.
>More Urbanized
>Better vegetation
>Better rainfall.
>Better landscape for tourist attraction.
>Most literate state.

Gujrat was suffering from drought and low urbanisation near the port area.
On average receives much less rainfalls except the Satpura ranges.

Kerala’s biggest problems are -

1. acute trade unionism (resulting in a false sense of entitlement)
2. high population density with contiguous semi-urban and urban areas resulting in lack of vast stretches of land required for mega industries to come up.

1 is solvable with slow painful treatment, 2 is of serious concern.

Comparing Kerela and Gujrat on the same standards is akin to shitting on the effort of Gujratis.

Kerela went from 50 to 70.
Gujrat went from 30 to 70.
There is a difference

No 2 might be a advantage in setting up service sector

KL is still very much ahead of GJ in general prosperity, refer to household amenities section in NFHS survey or multidimensional poverty index.

>More Urbanized
That's a recent phenomenon. It wasn't so high even in the early 2000s.

Better landscape for tourist attraction.
It's over developed and kind of saturated now.

No 2 might be a advantage in setting up service sector
Already exporting $3 billion in IT/ Software. Can do better with new firms setting shop & new IT parks being built..

Yes and that's the reason for COMMUNISTS being there, can't allow development there.

There is a scope of exporting goods to Africa and importing cheap raw material from them.
In the short term a stronger Africa is useful for us.

No dude. Replace the Real GDP with Nominal GDP and vice versa everywhere in your comment. That is what that investopedia article is saying. Even I don't get economics much. Who is DFI's resident economist? @Haldilal bro. Explain to us please.

India’s sovereign rating to remain unchanged despite pandemic impact: S&P

India’s sovereign rating will remain unchanged at the current level of BBB- for the next two years despite the potential adverse impact of surging pandemic on its economy, said a top official at S&P Global Ratings on Friday.

However, the country would witness a slightly faster pace of growth in the next couple of years, effectively supporting the sovereign rating, he said.
