What needs to be regularly done is updating the syllabus to fit the modern corporate world invite corporates from all the big companies and take their input to see where the market will go for the next few years and incorporate those things in your syllabus and ensure proper training to the teachers other than that there needs to be more project based learning people can pass their engineering and computer science courses simply by copying things from the internet and then people complain about the quality of engineers in IndiaGood to see no of quality institutions increasing with time, but we still need over 100 in top 1000.
Also Ministry of Education should work on to reduce these illogical degree and their courses being taught in the universities. The whole B. Tech course is illogical.
There should be B.Sc. in mathematics and IT for going into IT field same as in West where people study about programming and algorithms during their BSc Mathematics course.
What's the meaning of teaching random subjects only in the 6 month semester in bachelors, degrees should have subject specific course and timeline should be reduced from 4 yrs to 3 or possible to 2 yrs.
