Noida looks very decent, in the future I'm sure more trees will he planted in Noida Industrial area.
But Nodia is the best that India cam do.
This needs to be replicated across the state.
Unplanned industrial infra are going to be a problem in the future at this rate.
The infra is mostly ruined by small jhuhgi jhopadis popping up across the industry from labour.
We need affordable hosuing project or at least make sure no civilian construction takes place and pockets of land are alloted for construction of BPL houses.

Bangladesh has manged to pull their labour force into these kind of houses.

Just move out of Some High class district of Dhaka and you will see the real Bangladesh!

Even in Dhaka the whole road network is sh*t and mostly 1-2 lanes.

I feel Like we are going to rain Tesla with tax breaks and subsidies.
I think it will be well worth it. We need competition for Tata and Mahindra to gear up a bit.
He will mostly by put under 5% GST and no cess.

True that build quality is good but this was luck. If they were a couple of feet behind, they would have been goners.
Ya'll Nibbiars The chances of surviving in a Tata and Mahindra is much higher than the Suzuki and Hyundai, The rock which hit the Harrier was much larger than the one hit the Alto, while the harrier was direct hit even of at back. The alto was nit and of much smaller size despite that the alto got not just crushed but also rolled.

Huge growth in GCC's. Supposed to add 2.6 million jobs by 2030, mostly in small cities.

Report by PWC nibbiars on our past, present and future electronics manufacturing trajectory, has good infographics also.
Most of the stuff is what I already know, but it's good for those who don't pay attention to electronics manufacturing related happenings here..
They also have locations of the map of existing EMC clusters of the country and proposed EMCs( there's one in Assam also lol )

Posting one infographic below since it's just a png, the other stuff is interactive.

Similar to what one guy posted a few pages back, Odisha seems to be getting into the big leagues of food processing industry.
It's good they're diversifying away from mineral extraction/refining industry and into other fields.

ADATA makes memory modules, i.e RAM sticks that go into PCs, Servers and some laptops
This is what a laptop DIMM module/RAM stick looks like

They also made SSDs and other adjacent items.

ADATA is also a small player in these markets, like RAM stick module market is dominated by Corsair, Gskill for consumer and your DRAM chip makers like Samsung, SK Hynix and Micron for business and OEM markets.
So if a small company is so confident in India, big companies must not be far out.

Know your demographics:

Ratio of people over 65 for every 100 people under 65 (value of 80 means there are 80 people over 65 for every 100 under 65)
