Good, more hands at work, only a dumbfool believes that you can grow manufacturing sector without govt supported Capex investment.
People including Raguram Rajan try to correlate it with IT sector, but be it manufacturing or IT, It always favours the early bird. If one wants to catch up the missed gravy train it requires substantial effort.
