If the company's gearing is high, it's growth prospect decreases. They'll spend most of their income servicing the debt. Which will lead to less dividend. Which will lead to fall in Market value of shares.
Also, companies with high gearing will have difficulties raising money.
Even if the company does not make profits, the debts have to be serviced. It's not a ideal position to be in.
I think all debt is against huge infra projects so real assets are there to backup. With country opening up it will give returns in airports, ports and indian economy is need huge infra push. He won't be allowed to fail from GOI.

Even if the debt is backed by securities, it's not a good idea to have high debt.
Profits don't mean much for a company. Cash is what matters. If the company is booking profits but fails to generate cash, how will they pay interest? How will they fund working capital?
Raising more finance will be expensive because of already high gearing. That can force companies into liquidation.

Expected. Yogi had to face nationwide economic slowdown. In such cases it is only natural that the poorer states would suffer more. Bihar is an outlier partially beacuse of its high agri growth and the rest may be attributed to its extremely low base. However, this treand will not last; lower base will ensure UP grows faster from now on.

I like how lungis get ass blasted showcasing their insecurity whenever some naarthie mentions TN , i have no time to go over every bs that he spouted and nor do i think that UP is epitome of greatness here. Now coming to 'propaganda' the original author was probably referencing this report from TOI,

It says that GSDP of TN in 20-21 was around 19.2 lakh crores while that of UP was around 19.4. That unkill is probably using wikipedia article or some shiet.

@Crazywithmath what's the best way to get exact numbers. What do you think about the above article? Is there any misreporting?

Also, it's not the first time that UP has been on the second spot, it's been there in the past too.

90% have 1 to 2 acres of land. 1 acre gives roughly 50k to 100k profits per annum.
90% are earning maximum 2 to 3 lacs per year. Don't burden them with tax baba.
Do they have to pay income tax? Does anyone who doesn't have taxable income above 5 lakhs ( due to 87a) pay income tax?

So only rich farmers would be required to pay. And also not all the rich farmers but only those rich farmers who have become rich due to msp need to pay income tax.

If you are availing msp but you are a marginal farmer, your annual income/ taxable income ( less deductions under section 80) wouldn't cross 5lakhs.

It’s a myth that economy of Bihar is dependent on agriculture
Because agriculture contributes only 20% in the GSDP of Bihar
the biggest contributor is the service sector which gives 61% of the GDP of Bihar
And the economic growth of Bihar is reflected in increasing air passenger traffic Air passenger traffic growth in Bihar is highest in India it’s whopping 40%

Raxaul-Haldia Expressway
Patna-Kolkata Expressway
Silliguri-Kolkata Expressway
Gorakhpur-Silliguri expressway
Buxar-Bhagalpur Expressway
Ghazipur-Patna Expressway
Varanasi-Ranchi-Kolkata Expressway
Aurangabad-Darbhanga Expressway
If all these projects gets completed on time then Eastern Region of india is gonna be the most expressway dense region with all the expressways converging at Kolkata and haldia and one spur from Bihar going towards north east
Not to mention that india Myanmar Thailand Trilateral Highway is also being planned

Raxaul-Haldia and Kolkata-Patna are the same expressway. It is mostly Raxaul-Patna-Kolkata with a greenfield link to Haldia. Apart from that, various cities and towns will be connected with the UP expressways through some greenfield links.
Apart from that,
Kolkata-Kharagpur expressway,
Kharagpur-Siliguri expressway,
Balia link expressway,
Gopalpur-Digha greenfield coastal highway,
Ranchi Sambalpur expressway,
Dhanbad Raipur expressway,
Ranchi Paradip expressway,
Bakhtiarpur Ormanjhi expressway,
Odisha capital region ring road,
Raipur-Vizag expressway
These are some of the proposed/ongoing major projects in the eastern region. And I am not mentioning various ongoing highways, road widening projects, ring roads, port connectivity projects. Bihar is building bridges every 40 km over Ganga.

IMF has asked RBI to go easy on buying dollars. Otherwise RBI would be adding $2 billion per week. By 2023 RBI should aim for $850 billion in forex. We need to have more dollars and Euros to prop up our manufacturing by subsidizing as much as we can until some of the industries are established here for good for long term.

Raxaul-Haldia Expressway seems to be very important estimated cost of Raxaul-Haldia expressway is 54,000 crore INR and its 650 kilometers in length its even more expensive than Delhi Mumbai expressway which is 1300 kilometers long and cost 100,000 lakh crore INR
