Shining tall buildings doesn't mean development or anything. chinese skyscraper are going empty due to sky high prices for maintaince to Living & buying flats in those skyscrapers. same thing will happen in other east asian nations specially korea in future. Situation will be much worse though since population is going bust.
Initially you do need tall skrscrappers! Chinese ones are not empty, only Shanghai Tower failed as there were already 5-6 supertall towers in that particular district.
Now since most big chinese cities have 40mtr plus tower they have now put the cap to 500mtr for all future project and even wont allow 400mtr tower unless developers are able to put a valid reason for such high tower in that city.

Like I identified before. When they land in foreign countries and get attention they start barking against India. Haramzada was so eager to use word Hindu that it jumped on his tongue; like the script was already given to him; then stuttered and went about on usual trite.

Scum bag who must have risen in India using Indian education system primarily made competitive due to Hindu spirit of hard-work, focus and enterprise do not want to give credit to it but spinning a fictional story of Hindu fanaticism which is not even a minuscule when it comes to any policy making, administration and running of the federal Union. On the contrary it is Hindus who are on receiving end of Christo-Commie-Khali-Islamist onslaught ducking and running away with no avenues where they can be heard; including Judiciary.

The Wobbly spine reptile gave analogy of homogeneous society being a bane to growth and wealth creation at the same breath praised China and western economies which were absolute homogeneous when they became rich enough to experiment with luxuries like cultural diversity etc. Heck China is still homogenous and the so called diversity in western world is nothing but low to high end services recruitment when actual wealth and is controlled by the old establishment which only releases the technology it invests in after it thinks can be now use on industrial scale with obviously pricey tags, royalties and stringent IPRs.

Hear the portion when he gave examples of Sri Lanka, BD and with a pause Pakistan. Clearly a librandu who doesn’t want to name Pakistan. But the main take away is the Inductive fallacy of association or guilty by association as he picks up very bad examples which are not ever close to us in any bloody way. Remember ‘Hindu Pakistan’.

Kutta is just out of his grace and suffer from anemia probably due to Chron’s disease otherwise a person with red blood should have observed by now how the people he is interacting do not diss their country in front of outsiders like rabid dogs and keep their concerns private.
I have observed this with Indian employees of foreign companies settled in US particularly in my IT career so far.
There were numerous cases where the Indian employee of the client will talk to us in rowdy manner and aggressive mails and voice in calls.
Where as the All-American clients were super nice. My first project was for applications hosted in US but for clients complete world wide user base, the IT manager from client was US person and the BA was also US citizen.
Both were super nice and helping. Those two had to scold that particular Indian employee to not to bother us and follow the defined process and then come to us for any request.
Similar case multiple time with Indian employees from different projects.

HCL plans to give Mercedes-Benz to performers - Times of India

BENGALURU: It’s a technologist’s market and IT firms are warming up to cool perks and cash-based incentives to retain talent as replacements may come at 20% higher costs. Top performers in HCL Technologies, for instance, might drive home a Mercedes Benz.
HCL CHRO Apparao VV said the proposal is with the board for approval. The company had given out 50 Mercedes Benz cars to top performers in 2013, but later discontinued the practice.

Too many hidden under the table points for such rewards!
The cars not completely free. You have to pay upto 30-35% of the cost of the car in such cases eventually.
My childhood friend's dad is GM in one of HCL subsidiary, he was to get the car in 2013 but refused and passed on to another person.

it is common in indian tech sector...indian engineers and managers are very aggressive and pushy while US, EU colleagues have a very different work culture...

that is why i always wanted to work in global projects and not in domestic ones like IOCL, RIL

What removal of article 370 and CAA has to do with business? As usual burger boys with their retarded logic are interfering in our internal matter. I am sure this librandu department is having history of such statements.

Apart from the weird caa and nrc statements added by ET the fact still remains they think India is still a hostile place to conduct business specially for foreign firms
Yet FDI investment last fiscal was 81 billion $, what does that tell you? either investors don’t believe in these reports or this is just Gov of US’s standard diplotalk when it comes to India. US Treasury department is always at odds with White House when it comes to India, it’s their job to be cautious so that nobody sues them later.

yes, we should want India to have control on foreign companies.

Twitter was provided a unregulated space in Indian market, within 5 years now they sit on our heads

dig up the exact numbers if you can.

at a macro level, services is our strength. just because FDI is not coming in, doesn’t mean local businesses are not investing in manufacturing. We don’t have FTA with them, so from their perspective manufacturing sector is not an assured RoI.
