I think the current Admin Setup of India has mosty disappointed the small cities.
Who is responsible for the development of a District anyway?
Much of our economic policies are concentrated in Tier 2 and Tier 2 cities.

Even the parliament lok sabha representative don't do justice to them
lok sabha MP does not have authority in a district, they are people’s representatives in parliament. They can help their constituents with coordination with central govts.

District development comes under state govt & respective ministry. orders implemented by IAS, as per the project requirements. If it an SPV, IAS may not be in the picture at all.

i would just say that modern day western women style empowerment is nothing but a joke. it's basically few people with financial & ideological interest running the show for their own benefit.
Ya'll Nibbiars I will not defer well will say let keep this thread to the economic purpose only and not on other reasons. And keep this chit chat on other thread's.

No, Plastic Industry is still very strong. We are now giving close to equal competition to Chinese in making plastic parts. Only issue is with Tool Rooms and Die/Mold preparation.
Ya'll Nibbiars our's Chemical Indistry is not on the level of the developed chemical countries and even the plastic is only at the basic level.

Patna (Pataliputra) is best suited because

India is not just any nation-state; it is a civilizational state. In the truest sense, our modern republic is the successor state of the Mauryan, Gupta and Pala kingdoms (which mostly had their capital in Pataliputra) and not that of the Delhi Sultanate, Mughal Empire or the British Raj.

Creating a new capital can be the flagship idea of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 100+ Smart Cities Project

Finally, creating a new capital in the heart of Central-Eastern India – along with the economic boom and the political spotlight that would inevitably follow – would be a body blow to Maoist terrorism.

We have lots of redundancy in the admin structure like this both on political and Civil level.
Need to cut the excess fat and become lean

How you can say every girl in India is taught this in all my family and even extended families women's can work if they want to even are motivated for it and they work according to their skills, don't generalize everyone it may happen in your families that's not on government it's thier own choice if they want to work nobody is going to stop them.

It's just media which got problem with everything and even government is doing its part by educating girls but they are going for feminism that is another thing.
A WOMEN WHO IS EDUCATED AND THEN GOES ON HER OWN AGENDA AND DOES NOT CONTRIBUTE TO A FAMILY IS IN THE LONG TERM A BIGGER LOSS EVEN IF SHE GETS A JOB.

WE NEED HIGH INCOME FAMILIES,NOT HIGH INCOME ATOMIZED INDIVIDUALS.

ALSO THE WOMEN IN ASIAN COUNTRIES YOU SEE(ESPECIALLY CHINA) ,I DONT THINK THEY CONFLATE WORK WITH FEMINISM.

FEMINISM IS A SCAM/CORROSIVE SOCIETAL PARASITE/BAD SOCIAL EXPERIMENT.

THE ABILITY AND WILLINGNESS TO WORK IS ANOTHER THING.

DONT CONFLATE THE TWO.

IN CHINA,THE WOMEN AND MEN DONT VOTE AND SO THE WOMEN CANT VOTE FOR FREE GIBS AND CANT AALLOCATE SCHEMES AND MONEY FOR FEEL GOOD ISSUES THAT WAASTE MONEY AND SO THEIR EFFECT ON THE NATION ARE REDUCED. IN MY REAADING OF THE WEST WOMEN ARE AN EASY PEOPLE TO COLLECTIVIZE AND FOOL AND ARE USED FOR BLOCK VOTING AWAY THE NATION'S STREGTH.

SO IF YOU WANT WOMEN TO WORK,DONT CONFLATE IT WITH THE CORROSIVE MOVEMENT OF FEMINISM.ALL FEMINISM (INCLUDING 1ST WAAVE) WAS A STRATEGIC MISTAKE FOR THE WEST.

ALSO THIS IS ALSO AN ECONOMICS ISSUE.

THE PROBLEM IN INDIA IS NOT SKILL CREATION BUT ABSORPTION OF THE WORKERS INTO THE ECONOMY.THERE IS NO POINT IN PUMPING MORE MEN AND WOMEN INTO THE ECONOMY AT BREAK NECK SPEED HIGHER THAN THE JOBS CREATED.

WE MUST PICK UP SPEED IN JOB CREATION IN THE NEW FIELDS LIKE AI,MANUFACTURING,ETC AND THEN CONCENTRAATE ON TEACHING WOMEN FOR THE SKILLS REQUIRED.

OTHERWISE IT WILL JUST DEPRESS WAGES.

Sometimes after reading posts in political galli gossip thread; I start to doubt India would exist even tomorrow or not.

But one thing is for sure;within a decade or two either New Delhi or Beijing is going to fall.. Then we will visit Lhasa.

Regarding new capital. I guess Nagpur is best and Ayodhya is second best. But project vista is going on so.....

not sure, my opinion on this keeps shifting time to time based on circumstances.

re-organisation of govt departments keeps happening from time to time. and govt posts are created after an extensive review, most of the times they are not filled due to lack of funds.

for the next 20 years at least, there should not be any attempts to cut the “excess fat”, considering there is an active global commie plan to replace elected govts with selected authorities. No opportunity should be given for them to say govt was completely absent in that situation.
