RR Vehicles
Can you take tell me the difference between units who wear these Three Red Stripped Tracksuits and those who wear the normal Standard Indian Army Uniforms in the RR? Is there a difference or these are just cosmetic or are they based availability?
Nice to see Med Kits on soldiers backs. (At least I think those are med kits)View attachment 62774

Those guys are RR QRTs. Roughly equivalent to infantry Ghataks. The red striped tracksuits are based on availability, and only the said unit (44 RR) uses it. Otherwise QRTs usually wear black field dress. During a COIN op, they are the guys who spearhead the assault, when rest of the company cordons off the area. Dunno why they wear black though.
