Who am i to criticize our forces? It pains to see those scums getting away to live another day.Few years back an encounter took place at my place were two maoists killed by greyhound at lightening speed. First, local police created a perimeter and secured it then greyhounds went in for the kill.This how an encounter should take pla. jkp should first secure a perimeter, those who tried to trespass it, first fire warning shots if they don't back off just shoot at the legs.

What do you think we are doing? Any idea how CAS ops are conducted in the Valley? You make it sound as if the security forces are clueless on how to conduct such ops.

Dude, we've been doing CAS ops in the Valley since 1989! And it's the Army which taught the Greyhounds how to conduct such ops. It's nice to know they're following the tactics taught to them by the Army!!

However, the new dimension is the stone pelting during CAS ops. It becomes easy for a terrorist to get away. He just hides his weapon, puts on a phiran and joins the stone pelters! The problem is that he doesn't have a placard saying 'I'm a terrorist'. So he melts into the crowd and is gone!
