I was about to suggest army/JK police K9 unit.. but sickulars will be upset when pissfuls get dog-bitten, with nidhi razdan providing up to date dog bite marks coverage. Strays ensure anonymity. Imagine letting lose 10 to 20 strays on pissfuls after their friday head banging sessions...
