Ya'll Nibbiars Stellantis is going to drag Mahindra in every country where it sells any of it's vehicles with the Walrus Grills. Ande even the Toyota may drag the Roxor due to its face-lift similarities with the Landcruiser J 40. They the Stellantis has already launched a lawsuit in various countries due to the Thar. And now the Anad Mahindra can take another Photograph like this.

Understabdable on FCA's part. Current Thar is absolute copy of Wrangler.

Ya'll Nibbiars the Stellantis has brought unknown numbers of Thars through the various intermediateries . And disassembled it down and checked every part and is going to sue Mahindra every where. Now Anad Mahindra can do this.

Ya'll Nibbiars Mahindra has filed a reply in the court stating that the company doesn't have any plans to launch the current model of the Thar in Australia. It has also agreed to provide adequate notice to FCA if they do wish to introduce the model.

Victory by giving up.

Ya'll Nibbiars Mahindra will close down the production of the Mazerro and KUV 300. After unable to sell this vehicle due to various reasons will close down and will reduce its offering in the market's.

Ya'll Nibbiars Mahindra could well be a character in a Stephen King novel. You know the kind of sick, twisted characters King creates in his stories? Mahindra could well be a parent in such a story who chops off their kids fingers for the heck of it analogies: plonk a 1.5 litre engine in the Marazzo, place a AMT in the XUV 300, launch a TUV 300 with underpowered engines and then launch a TUV 300 Plus without any marketing etc and then butchers and incinerates their own kids in their basement. Sorry for the torrid description - if you wanted to read a Stephen King novel, you would first up your mindset whereas I practically jumped you with this. But this had to be said. I see a horrible trend in their actions.

Ya'll Nibbiars in the early 1980's TELCO's MD sumant Moolgaonkar wanted to dominated the PV sector in India and wanted to rival and suppress the Maruti. But lacking any technical expertise went on to look for the Joint Venture. In the mid 1980's had signed a Joint Venture with the Honda Motors to manufacture the Honda accord in India and then the Hactcback City and civic and the Maruti rival Honda Today four door version. But as it was progessing and looking that the TELCO will be the most importantl OEM in the Indian Automative Sector it all collapsed after the then GOI refused to give the necessary approvals and Telco had to close the any Joint Ventures Formations. Then TELCO even faced restrictions in forming any technical JV and was forced to take time and spend in the R & D and will limited technical JV it lauched its PV Vehicle's The Tata Sierra in the 1991. The TELCO could had made huge progress if it had got the early start's?.

This could have been the TELCO's Honda cars.

Ya I heard that Tata was almost about to start producing Accord for Indian market. And few more models were to follow later on.

Also almost a decade before current MSIL was born, Sanjay Gandhi had started a joint venture with Suzuki only. However that plan was killed by Indira first and then by the Janta Dal party who came to power in 1977.

Automotive revolution could have easily taken place in Indian by end of 1970s instead of 1990s.

Ya'll Nibbiars yeah but sadly every time the then GOI destroyed any possible automative industry to take off's. Only after the 1992 we saw the real competitive automative industy but sadly dominated by the foreign OEM and not a JV which would have helped to create many domestic brands but for a market of this size only two Indeginious OEM's are there.

Ya'll Nibbiars @SKC Nibba this would be my last post today probably. Remember that Tata Sierra. It's was a premium vehicle which coasted around 5 lakhs in 1991. At that time you could have constructed a bunglaw in that cost in the Tier 2 and 3 cities and when salaries were like 3,000 rupee PM. Remember once a person had to spend 1,00,000 rupees to fix the vehicles. That person could had brought a new PAL Padmini with extra 50,000 rupees amount. As most of the parts were imported. And hardly any domestic Supplier was there to produce those high tech parts.

And the Maruti 800 was like 1,75,000 ex showroom and the AC/heater costed around 20,000 rupees extra. And even the Zen coasted around 3,25,000 ex showroom in 1994. And the santro like 2,95,000 ex showroom or something in 1999 and the new omni like 1,75,000 ex showrooom in 2002.

Ya'll Nibbiars some people's asked why I badmouth Suzuki, Hyundai and Mahindra and for Suzuki and Hyundai the reason are obvious and Mahindra not really bad mouth but sad wary of the top management incompetence. Suzuki due to its obvious reason. And Hyundai because they try to act like someone they aren't. There vehicles are over priced, Spare parts are over priced and claiming the things they aren't. And when I talk about good things about tata and Mahindra peoples just jump and claim they bad just because they are Indian companie's.

May be this thread will help you understand why.

No matter how much nostalgic Indians are about this car but FIAT 1100 was pathetic car even for the time it was launched in India. It was sold as far as in early 1990s too when it was extremely outdated.
Ya'll Nibbiars
