3D printing titanium stuff
Same मुद्रक can sit in some remote Battalion HQ and print spares? :hmm:
Would be first of its kind surgery for the Army hospitals, but there are already academia-hospital partnerships in India where the same kind of surgeries are being done for a while now. Titanium, specifically CP-titanium, is low modulus and corrosion resistant, and hence, very bio-compatible. BTW, this involves not just 3D printing but also 3D scanning, because maxillofacial implants are highly customized to the patient. Once met a guy from CSIR who worked on this stuff.
.
But getting 3D printing to work for battalion HQ level is almost completely impractical right now, especially for metals. Metal 3D printers (SLS) cost quite a lot. A more practical approach would be incorporating this in the Navy first. Ships printing a few of their own spares. Although the cost-to-benefit analysis would likely not support such an exercise just yet.

This is there response to news leaks about India capturing pla soldiers in tawang last week...we should also release.
Pictures are better than words from anonymous sources
I have been saying this since the beginning, but the gov doesn't seem to do so. All these MSM which get all classified info regarding politics, can't they manage a few pics/videos of the clash?

Ye lo Ji
Aapki Insas ki Tamanna puri Ho Jaaye
Most infantry media comes from northern command, forward units there have Sigs.

An interesting coincidence during the 1965 Operations both sides captured a couple of Commanding Officers each. the Indians bagged the COs of the 16ᵗʰ Punjab and 4ᵗʰ Cavalry; the Pakistanis took into captivity the COs of the 4ᵗʰ Maratha Light Infantry and the 4ᵗʰ Sikh.

Indian Army team beats 95 other nations to win 'Olympics of military patrolling'

The Indian Army has set a record at the prestigious Cambrian Patrol Exercise at Brecon in the United Kingdom’s Wales by winning a gold medal.

The exercise was held between October 13-15.

Indian Army's frontier force, 4/5 Gorkha Rifles, represented the country at the exercise. Apart from the Indian Army, 95 other teams participated in the event. Special forces and infantry regiments from countries across the globe were part of the exercise.

Out of 96 patrols, only two teams won gold medals.

The Cambrian Patrol Exercise event is considered the ultimate test of human endurance and team spirit. It is also regarded as the Olympics of military patrolling.
