This missile is a mystery for meThe missile was a joint development between NPO and DRDO, so if the missile exists, It is with India as well.

If the missile really does exist...by the way our primary AAM against AEWACS will be BrahMos AAMCan anyone answer me, Do India have Russian Novator Awacs killer missiles and do the missiles have the capability to down Saab Eriye Awacs in a possible 27th Feb type skirmish? I heard Eriye has strong EW system to jam enemy jets and missile?

Just Social Media buzz, how will they offer AIM-260 when it is still under development and has not even started or completed its user trials and plus it doesn’t have the same body as an AIM-120 AMRAAM who’s internals are modified to make AIM-260. So it is a buzz. Can any one , give me any credible source of reports on AIM-260 being offered to India? Thanks in advance.
This buzz is created since US offered india f15 ex for iaf in mmrca 2.0Just Social Media buzz, how will they offer AIM-260 when it is still under development and has not even started or completed its user trials and plus it doesn’t have the same body as an AIM-120 AMRAAM who’s internals are modified to make AIM-260. We already manufacture BAE Hawks locally.UK is retiring 72 x Hawk trainers by 2025. Could IAF make use of some cheap AJT's?
What about sitara???We already manufacture BAE Hawks locally.
I know. But a load of ex-RAF Hawks (presumably with quite a few spares) might cost very little. When the UK retired its Harriers, it sold 72 + spares to the US for less than $200 million. We already manufacture BAE Hawks locally.
Hope it is for more Rafale orders, at least 2 squadrons more.

Not feasible... Su30MKI can't refill the large inventory of aircrafts during war time. It's good flankers have refilling buddy aircrafts capability but it's secondary task. Let the dedicated platform do the task. Flankers are there in sky to fight and dominate the air spaceIAF should dump aerial refuelers and buy more Su-30MKIs, Su-30MKIs with drop tanks specifically for aerial refueling role is a good option .
