Bhai, you dont know two shits about Balochistan except from fanboy separatists living thousands miles away writing and creating fake shit from a foreign country like Canada that is being flamed and fueled by Indians who have nothing better to do with their lives except to undermine Pakistan in every and each way.
Before Pakistan's annexation of Balochistan. Balochistan was ruled by an elite group of landowners; these landowners practiced slavery and used forced labor on local Baloch people. Within a span of 10 years, there were three separate revolts. Baloch people were suffering, starving and dying at the hands of their own people. In 1948 - Pakistan annexed Balochistan and their first task was to remove these landowners and distribute land equally to families who had originally served as forced labourers to the Baloch elite.
The Baloch elite knowing that they would've been trailed fled abroad to countries like Canada, Britain and the US - the remaining fled to mountainous and isolated areas. During the 1970's - the Baloch rebellion in Iran spilled over after Pakistan began to support Iran against the insurgency. The Baloch elite and Iraq began to fund the remaining Zamindars in Balochistan against an all out rebellion against Pakistan - but was crushed within several years. Baloch insurgency began to appear on the surface again during 2005-2013; after Pakistan cracked down on the Taliban.
Pakistan army used intimidation tactics against anyone who dared try to join the Taliban - this backfired as many of the captured and executed Taliban in Balochistan were actually Baloch - many Balochis took this out be a war against Balochis (even though most of Pakistan army in Balochistan are Baloch).
The BLA eventually lost all their popularity after attacks on polio center, hospitals, infrastructure, water filters and electric grids which made it harder for the average Baloch. In 2009 all tribes and clan of Balochistan agreed to contribute fighters to fight against BLA after several bus massacres committed by the BLA.
By 2011 BLA numbers crashed down to 700.
In 2013, Pakistan army launched an operation killing hundreds of BLA terrorists and capturing their main leaders.
In 2014, after BLA failed to provide salary to their militants, over 400 BLA terrorists surrendered to the Frontier corps in exchange for immunity.
By 2015, BLA is hardly alive, with an estimated less then 100 members most of them being small boys.
Baloch tribesmen and Pakistan security forces fight BLA together.

Please look at your own backyard before you comment shit about terrorism in Pakistan.
India has the most
separatist AND
terrorist groups in the world. Yet your talk nonsense about Pakistan concerning terrorism. By 2017, India will surpass Pakistan in terrorism.
As for CPEC, i'm sure you know much more than the thousands of intellectuals, economists, experts, engineers and world famous organizations like IMF, UN, Trade economics, EU and ect... who have all praised CPEC as a game changer for the region. The Gulf States are pouring in hundreds of millions of dollars into CPEC - almost all HI countries are investing into CPEC including the UK.
