Don't feel bad. That is what psyops is intended to do. It makes you question your faith in your nation and its armed forces thereby ultimately demoralizing you.

Also dont underestimate the enemy but give credit where it's due - Pakis manage this perception game better because of a well developed psyops ecosystem that is setup over decades both in Pakland and abroad. They have print media as well as electronic and social media offensive to counter any anti Pak narratives.

One positive out of all of this is finally the induction of information warfare wing by IA to counter this propaganda.
