The brainy people are not being tapped by Indian government. And those who are tapped they get involved into politics.

all radars have one weakness that is terrain. And active passive radars have three weaknesses
1. terrain / change in differential scattering coefficient
2. location detection due to power density transmitted by radar
3. active cancellation which changes the actual RCS of the object .
