Kashmir is kept under an iron fist. Khalis are a problem not because of Paki support, but due to the fundamental belief among Sikhs that they are different from Hindus. While they may have a different code of conduct, their roots are still dharmic, and the other religions of India which are dharmic in origin need to be unified and brought into a single fold.
