Why do you think India unveiled the Special Tibetan forces recently? These forces have been used elsewhere also, but were kept hidden from public view. They were unveiled only to put the fear of God in the Chinese, as they know that the entire Tibet is sullenly hostile.

Do the massacres have to be only religion based? The Naxals are killing villagers and security forces, who are largely Hindus, Upper Castes are raping and killing Dalits who are all Hindus. Hate is hate, one can always find a reason.

You are explaining basic human behaviour and associated tendency to impose dominance by various means based on perceived hierarchy in social structure. even if there was no concept of religion or ideology, a tiny percentage humans will keep killing or harming each other, this is one of fundamentals of life. even plants & trees try to dominate each other for sunlight in a contested space.
