Trump Administration has given Chabahar Port an Exception under pressure from India and Afghanistan from the New Sanctions that has been put on Iran. Chabahar Port is the only entity in Iran that doesn’t have sanctions. US sees the Port as a life line to the Afghan Government which is facing troubles in containing Taliban Terrorists. By removing India trump might put the sanctions back on the Iranians again. Iran has to be carful how they play the game or less they might get burned themselves very badly.

Completely wrong, In fact almost everyone won in Afghanistan, its just nobody bothered to stay and rule because of the same reasons you gave. There was nothing to rule there, so nobody bothered and it was used as a transit point.

The title of this article is misleading.Iran actually decided to initially fund the railway line by themselves due to delay in our payment

There's a reason why punjabis dominate Pakistan, And punjabis mean nothing if you are comparing clans, apparently around 20 % population in Pakistan is Gujjar and 10-15% jats/jatts and then rajputs etc,then there are mojahirs and others, Many of them to this day carry there clan surname, infact Afghanistan too have gujjar population, so jatts, gujjars, rajputs all are tribal and economically much more powerful than pashtuns.
Pashtuns are more famous because of Taliban.

There was a old case of riot between pashtuns and punjabis, pashtuns were slaughtered.

If pashtuns were really stronger they would have been ruling pakistan but they are just rent a abdul to "punjabis" and what was done in FATA by punjabi army against them is well known.

Edit: Its not that Pashtun is a weak community, they are continuously subjected to war since eternity and are very brave and tough, its just they are not economically and politically that powerful compared to gujjar, jats, rajas of pakistan which control major spheres of power there.
