Bharat accounts for 70% of the worlds baasmati rice production and we already export 65% of it.

Dont forget some decades back amreekunts also tried gaandmasti with regards to baasmati rice claiming as its own which faced immense opposition from Bharat and as a result they had to withdraw from retardation.

Investigate? No one is forcing anyone to eat their food. State governments choose to partner with them knowing that they serve Satvik food. The choice to serve food as per their belief is theirs, the choice to partake of that is open. Many people in the country follow similar dietary habits. It’s not unheard of in India.

Anyone who thinks of them as an evil cult etc is free to offer their expertise along with required funds to do the mid day meal program. A substantial part of the cost of every meal is funded by the Akshaya Patra foundation through charitable donations. Anyone who can arrange that type of funding and offer similar facilities should take up the challenge. The more people involved, the better. More choices of food too. As of now, there are only a few who have stepped up and none with the reach of Akshaya Patra.
