A Bengali neighbor of mine, a hardcore BJP supporter, said that you can differentiate between Indian and Bangladeshi Bengalis based on certain words alone. All the people in my neighborhood here in Bangalore have an active rule of not hiring Bangladeshis or M's, and only hire Nepalis or other Hindus. M's and Bongloids are only problematic. However, a cook of mine a few years back was outed as an illegal Bangladeshi, but was a Hindu so didn't really mind. We should also remember that among the Bangladeshis who come in, many are dharmic bros as well who must be incorporated into India.
