Its a genuine question for a Pakistani also.
If they are cooking khayali pulao on the forum, folks need details and the recipe.
Spreading insurgency in Balochistan even for the TTP is not easy. Look at it this way; that place is huge and very sparsely populated. There are pockets of population and they even combined cannot really make a dent without the support of a foreign power, i.e. us.

TTP can harass the Pakistani authorities because their operations are based in the dense Punjab and Sindh regions where they can easily launch chaos in major urban cities, akin to what Ajmal Kasab did in Mumbai with just small arms. The objective in such a case would be to target as many people as possible in a designated zone.

However, BLA operates in the vast open rocky deserts of Balochistan and is constrained from operating far beyond their immediate areas due to a crunch of resources such as food, water, and sustained transportation. Pakistani Army has more than enough cover away from the media's eyes and the public's view to do whatever the hell they want in these open lands. And they fully utilize this gap.

Even if Balochis were able to manufacture RPG, AK-47 copies, ammunition, and even IEDs, they would not fare very well against the tanks and fighter jets of the Pakistani forces. And there have been several videos already showing that Pakistan does not hesitate to use military assets against its own civilians (which, I personally support from a country's POV when dealing with terrorism, especially against the Maoists and NSCN).

World no1 ISI seems to be having a bad streak it seems
ISI was in top 3 spy agency during 1990s.
Since whole muslim world got almost United against soviets in Afghanistan. So isi used to recruit terrorists all along the muslim world for afghan jihad. ISI used to collaborate with most of western agencies due to support of US.
ISI got funds form suadi, libya, iran, north Korea, etc in name of islamic bomb. Even isi approached iraq and Egypt also.
ISI used to make western countries like us, France to sell their high tech jets to Pakistan at throwaway prices. Even saudi paid for f16 for Pakistan.
ISI always uses Islam as main tool for their work.
Nowadays ISI capabilities are diminished even isi is fighting battle inside Pakistan

Correction: ISI was selected by U.S to be the retail distributor to distribute military aid to mujahideen, against their ideological opponents during coldwar .

sure ISI used to punch above it's weight, but much of the legwork and sacrifices was done by afghans themselves.

Defence ministry clears the BRO tunnel under Shinkun La in Ladakh

Cutting through the red-tape, the Union defence ministry has decided to ask the Border Roads Organisation (BRO) to build a 4.25-kilometre tunnel under the 5,091-metre-high Shinkun La pass to make an all-weather axis from Manali to Leh via Darcha-Padun-Nimmu alignment to supply Indian Army formations in Ladakh sector. The snow-free axis is expected to be completed by 2024.

According to South Block officials, defence minister Rajnath Singh and top officials decided in favour of the BRO proposal instead of National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL), which was recommending an altogether new road alignment with a 13.5km tunnel under Shinkun La.

Ye kal mujhse bhid gaya tha
This govt is now fully infected with the same anal infection as the last.

We claim Israel is our friend and we fuck it over time and again each time they are in trouble. Then we grumble Israel keeps a business relationship with us.

Even UAE has condemned rocket attacks. The logic that we need Palestine to keep Middle East happy is a flawed argument.
