First a letter, supposedly from PM Modi with lot of "Excellencies", this was tweeted by people like Gaurav Sawant.
Now a second letter, supposed from selected PM Dimrandi again with lots of excellencies, this has been tweeted by some Paki blue ticked dallas we well.
Are these letters real? I though they were fake. The language especially the "Excellencies" was too ughhhhh

Excellency is the formal style of address for leaders of many countries. That's how letters are written.
In Pak, Excellency is formal but in India, the Honourable is formal and preferable over Excellency although.
