He asked me the following questions:

1. Can we make available 800+ artillery guns to a single front... J&K for a period of 6 months
2. Can we allot 200+ each of medium & light helicopters to a single front... J&K
3. Can we airlift enough battle ready forces to overwhelm the X corps in matter of 3 days

& while doing all of the above can we assure all the remaining fronts are well covered

If any of the above questions has "no" as an answer then you are being sold a dream. The logistics capability doesn't exist as of now.

Of course the Shia - Sunni divide in Pakistan is very well known. Must be exploited.
Karachi accounts for almost 50% of Pakistan's economic output. And it is a very divided city having deep ethnic faultlines. The Mohajirs, Pathans, Punjabis, Sindhis etc are often at war between themselves.
