Only mercantile Shia sects that are prosperous (like Dawoodi Bohras in GUJ and MP) - those people still have some semblance of brains/pragmatism - and in GUJ they benefitted under Modi's good/business friendly administration.

Beyond that, Shias in UP are pretty firmly with BJP due to Sunni bullying (Rizvi of Shia Waqf supporting RJB, Shia Gau Rakshak Dals, Hussaini Tigers etc). But other than that, there's no special Shia or Muslim relationship w/ BJP or Modi. Muslims are ultimately Muslims.

Shias aren’t that stupid like Sunnis to turn against the hands that feed them and also most importantly they are small minority which makes them vulnerable unlike the Sunnis who make up the majority Muslim population in Kashmir Valley and India itself. Shias will always try to stay away from spot light until time is right.
